Free Delivery & Handling

Delivery Address and Contact Details:
When placing an order with us, where we are to deliver goods to you, we require a physical street address. We will not post to PO BOX addresses.
Delivery and Handling Charges
Delivery and handling charges are: $10.00 Flat rate for anywhere in Australia up to 3kg.
Delivery Methods
Delivery is via:
Australia POST , Express Post Parcels service.
StarTrack Express Couriers.
Australian Air Express.
Delivery Lead Time
For delivery to major State, Territory cities and their surrounding areas, please allow 1-2 business days from date of clearance of payment.
For delivery to more remote or rural areas, please allow a further 1-2 working days.
iSHOPPE will try to keep at least 80% of what we sell, however certain products are hard to obtain. If there's a delay to your order, you'll be informed of the ETA (estimated time of arrival) via email or phone.
Proof of Delivery
If you haven't received your order or require a proof of delivery after the standard lead time, please email: support@ishoppe.com.au.
Warranty and Returns
All Products carry a 12 month Manufacturer's Warranty.
Please contact support@ishoppe.com.au if you think your product may be faulty, generally speaking when things go wrong it is due to an incorrect product setting.

You are responsible for the costs of shipping and handling in the return process.
The refund amount will be minus the postage and handling amount($10.00aud) even if product was bought during a free shipping promotion.
Refunds will be via Direct Deposit into a Australia Bank Account only.
Returned product and accessories must be in original condition. Any damage, missing parts, torn Manual, damaged packaging may be subject to additional charges.
It is recommended that you include insurance when shipping the product back to us, iSHOPPE will not be responsible for damages during shipping and handling.
10 day satisfaction refund period begins 2 business day from the date of product shipment.
12 Month Manufacturers Warranty
You are responsible for the costs of shipping and handling in the return process.
Customers wishing to return material to iSHOPPE must contact the company and request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number before returning the material. To obtain an RMA number;
1. Contact iSHOPPE Customer Support at email support@ishoppe.com.au and request an RMA number. To be issued an RMA number, you will need to identify;
a. Model number and name of product being returned.
b. Serial numbers of products being returned under the requested RMA number
c. Description of the Problem - In the case of a product being returned for repair, a brief description of the problem is required. Also written description of the problem and environment with as much information as possible about the failure conditions should be sent. This will assist in the repair and warranty process.
